Hair Removal :Waxing as part of your beauty Regime
As women, we each have our own morning routine that we follow on a daily basis before work. In order to get ourselves ready for the day ahead, it’s up and out of bed and straight into the shower! Let’s look at some of the most popular steps included in our regimes…
Drink Water
A great way to kick-start your day on your way to the shower is to have a large glass of water to hydrate yourself. Water is very important for helping to make your skin glow and keep it looking its best. Try to incorporate six to eight glasses of water into your daily routine throughout the day to ensure that you stay hydrated.
Hair Removal
Every now and then, there will be a little bit of hair removal to do depending on the method you use. Maybe it’s a warm day and you fancy getting your legs out or maybe you just have some regrowth that you want to get rid of. A great way to remove hair at home is to use cold wax strips as they are easy to use and leave no mess for you to clean up. You simply apply the strips to the required area, hold the skin taut and pull the strips away. The hair sticks to the strips, so you can put them straight in the bin when you’re done! Using wax to remove hair gives you smoother results for longer, meaning you don’t have to remove hair as often. Follow usage instructions & precautions as directed on pack & leaflet.
Shower
Lather a good shampoo into your hair, making sure you don’t forget to massage it into the scalp too. Apply conditioner for a few minutes to help it stay smooth, soft and easier to untangle. It is not necessary to wash your hair every single day so try to do this every two to three days instead.
Moisturise
After your shower, give yourself some time to dry your body and give your hair a rough blow dry with a hair dryer. When you are ready to start on your face, tie your hair back with a hair band so that it’s out of your way. Apply a good moisturiser to rehydrate your skin, helping to keep it soft and supple during the day.
Make Up & Nails
Apply a sweep of mascara and a flick of eyeliner to give your eyes some bold definition, perhaps even a tint of lipstick to go with it. We all have our signature look, so whatever yours is, try not to rush it to avoid any unwanted smudges or make-up mishaps!
Styling
Now comes the fun part – putting together your look! Style your hair appropriately for the day – if you are going to the office, maybe something smart like a simple plait or a ponytail but if you are meeting friends for a fun day out then maybe something a little more fun, maybe some loose curls or an up do!
Outfit
Next pick out an outfit to wear, if you find your mornings busy as it is, try planning your outfit the night before. Again, be sure to pick something that you’re comfortable and confident wearing.
Finish off your morning routine with a spray of your favourite perfume, pack your bag and you’re ready to get on with your day!
